PPP to poll Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio this weekend.

I can't imagine a better group. Except for Montana these states get polled often enough. We shall see how big any DNC bounce is.

Polling WI would also be nice to see if the Ryan pick and RNC have really put it in play.

Minnesota is not going to be competitive, the highest Romney has polled there has been 41%. McCain wasted money there even after it was a lost cause and still couldn't get within single digits.

Good news for the President, says PPP:

Wonder if he'll crack 45% or possibly more in MT.

Beautiful. This also may mean Obama has a chance in MT, though I doubt he'll spend money there.

"Plan is to have Ohio results between 9 and 10 tonight- looks like Obama leads there by more than 2008 margin of victory"

Makes sense.

Seeing how Team Romney's internals have them down in the high single digits.

Haha...that's actually quite funny. And I'm now following them. Did you do that on purpose?

Have to laugh at their electoral projection. http://twitpic.com/aszcz0

If he gets 45%+ in Montana, Tester almost certainly survives.

More right-wing trolls. The account is probably run by AmericanNation which is ironic considering PPP has had some surprisingly Republican-leaning results in recent months.

I never expected Goode (or Johnson) to do better than the MoE in any state come election day.  Most of their poll support represents is people who wish they had someone other than Obama or Romney to win.  Most of those people will either end up choosing who they think is the lesser of two weevils, or simply not vote.
