Playing a structured government simulation is fun.  I love all of the policy details and minutiae.

#2
It's about the election, the clash of personalities.

I'm here for the people, to make and keep friends; it's all about relationships

You know, I don't even know why I "play" Atlasia.  Habit, maybe?

Tweed's video got me wondering about this.

EDIT: Most fun, please.

I haven't really played here for a long while. Mostly I'm here because the Labor Party is an interesting idea. I certainly have no desire to seek elective office, and most of the people with whom I interacted while I played the game are gone now.

It's a paradox. I like running for & holding office & "climbing the ladder". At the same time I despise having to do the research necessary for legislation. I want to put a bill forward for road repairs but can't easily find the data necessary.

The bit where I get to turn all of you into numbers and tables and charts, just to make manipulating your minds and bodies all that much easier.

I've been playing this "game" for 8 years... anything but "habit" would be a lie Tongue

You could try asking the SoIA or GM, I suppose.

I'll be honest and say that I like the election part the most. Of course, legislating has its charms as well but since all bills we pass obviously have no concrete impact on the lives of anyone I like governing a bit less.

A little of all.  I enjoy being SoEA, like some people involved, find elections fun, and I'm going on 5 years of involvement, so habit is a factor.

Mostly to kill time. I don't have an office here, so it's mostly just habit. If I don't win a seat in the next Senate though, I'll probably take time away from it.

Option 1 when I actively participate (see my Senate term), option 4 when I just take a look at how things are going (like right now Tongue).
