I gave him a 2. His domestic policies sucked, but he does not deserve to be placed in the same category as FDR.

Yeah, I was gonna say, free trade had been around since long before Wilson - it was the principle which the British Empire was founded upon and a key tenet of British philosophy for over a century before Wilson came to power.

It was even wrong back then. the US had nothing to do with europe's wars.

He was also the father of a good chunk of today's labor laws.
