And how much of it would come from votes that would otherwise go to Obama?  And how much from votes that would otherwise go to Romney (assuming Romney's the GOP nominee)?

5-8% or so at best. Obama and Romney could easily afford to drop 1 Million $ each into New Mexico and Johnson with his limited budget would have no chance. And he splits the vote evenly between Obama/Romney.
