There is hope that Obama could end up below 60% against Romney.

In Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Delaware, yes. Maybe even in Illinois with a bit of luck. Not in New York.

Rhode Island seems like a stretch.  Though at this stage I would expect him to get more than 60% in all of them.
