Don't laugh. It has 75 EV.
If you weight those four states by electoral vote, Obama won them by 3.5-4 percentage points in 2008. So if this poll is to have any value at all, that's the benchmark.

It's a cheap way to draw hits to your site. He just takes the results from the nightly tracking poll and divides them up into the "core four".
