California seems like it should be fertile territory for Romney. Well, a lot will probably change between now and when we vote in June.

Not all of California is equally Romney-friendly. And the delegates are almost all winner-take-all by congressional district, so Santorum could pick up a decent number of delegates if his vote is distributed conveniently.

It's exciting that California might actually play a role in the primary. But Santorum and his SuperPAC better stock away some cash if they want to play here.
