This in spite of Obama having a 41% approval rating in this poll, a nine point drop from the previous CBS/NYT poll in Feb, which is making only a 3-4 point change in the general election races.

Some are already thinking both CBS and ABC monkeyed around with their polls by over
sampling Republicans.They want to Increase ratings and eventully be able to sell books by
creating a close race.
