He will love our nation and our freedom. I'd like to hear him sing patriotic songs again. It's so refreshing to see a possible president who actually cares about something other than fame, glamour, coreographed speeches, and the perks of office. Was this a serious question or was I supposed to insult Romney?

You were supposed to not be a complete tool when responding. But please, enlighten us on how Willard Romney will "sing patriotic songs again." Please go on.

He sang America the Beautiful here.

I also look forward to him awkwardly interacting with black people.

Romney gaffes to look for in Texas...

(1) Confusing Mexican food with Tex-Mex (and thinking Taco Cabana is either one).

(2) Going to a barbecue joint and asking for pork with vinegar sauce (confusing Carolina BBQ with Texas BBQ).

(3) Trying to eat a tamale with the corn husk still on it (Gerald Ford made this mistake in 1976...and lost the state to Reagan in the primary and Carter in November).

(4) Bad attempts to use Texas metaphors in regards to the election (i.e. "Hope y'all are ready for a shoot-out!" "Rick Santorum's all hat and no cattle!")

Martini's are hot these days in my hood. They have made a big comeback. Oh, yes, Mittens ... hmm. Maybe taco's with Maui Maui fish in them, with a bit of salsa? Hey, that may appeal to the Hispanic vote too. Oh, Mittens isn't campaigning for the Hispanic vote much. How about humus? No, too Arab. I'm really at a loss. Maybe Mittens should just eschew chatting about what you swallow. Yes, that's it!

Assuming we can go back in time:

Texas is a big state, so a few things

1.  Tacos in El Paso, South Texas, other heavily Hispanic parts of the state
2.  Oil in Houston
3.  The Alamo in San Antonio
4.  Small town America in west Texas
5.  Wild west and its history

You both ignore the most crucial question: will he be a Longhorns fan or an Aggies fan?

He'll say the Guinness, and will be adored for it. The Irish electorate is tailor-made for Mitt Romney actually. Well, bot 2012 Mitt Romney, but the Mitt Romney sort of person (panderer, flip-flopper, rich man, well connected).

He'll love the beaches, and Springsteen, and Edison... And our smokestacks are the right height.  And he loves Camden... And all the little crackheads that dot the streets.

Longhorns. Romney wouldn't back a rural SEC school that gave Rick Perry a diploma.

It annoys me that Texas A&M is in the SEC. I wish the SWC were still around.
