PQ i samråd med ombyggnadsförman och ekonomigruppen yrkar på att få använda 100 000 kr för inköp av kontorsinventarier till nya expen. Dessa inköp kommer göras av PQ och ombyggnadsförman, där huset står för sin del av kontorsinventarierna.

Nice to see you still differentiate between female and masculine forms in Latin even in such a mundane context. We would be much too hickish to do that.
Forgot there are other Scandinavians here. I fear some people here would actually complain very loudly if I didn't use correct Latin grammar when writing my protocols.
