For the last two weeks before he dropped out, Herman Cain also received secret service protection; he requested his code name to be "Cornbread" but I can't find anything confirming whether they actually went along with that or not.

(also, for some more amusing secret service codenames: Todd Palin was "Driller," Prince Charles is "Unicorn" when he visits the the White House, and Antonio Banderas is "Zorro." Also, under Cheney, the VP's office was known as "Cobweb" and his staff was collectively referred to as "The Pacemaker"... I doubt Cheney recommended those names so it looks like the Secret Service actually has a bit of a sense of humor.)
