I think I remember a thread in which Winfield implied he was a family friend of the Romneys, something about how he's much warmer across the dinner table than how he comes across on tv or something. If that's the case, I can excuse his hackishness.

Accepting that as a mitigating factor, I therefore voted Politico as the greater Romney hack because he seems to lack that excuse.
