Since they polled Registered Voters in this poll, I think it is interesting to take a look at how enthusiastic Wisconsin RV's are about voting in November, to get a picture of what a Likely Voter poll might look like:

Usually, Wisconsin has very high turnout in Presidential elections, which means that we have to combine "Very" and "Somewhat". In this case, Democrats are more likely to say than Republicans that they are "likely voters". Which leads me to the conclusion that at least in WI the "likely voter" polls are looking about the same as the "registered voter" polls. Rasmussen seems to confirm that already.

NBC/Marist has clearly been the most favorable numbers for Obama so far in just about every state.
