I'm still opposed to this on principle, for what it's worth.

What is your reason to oppose this legislation?

Extraordinary times like these require extraordinary measures. This bill can help to increase activity because it encourages ME citizens to get in touch with their Governor.

If it does not work, I will be the first one to repeal this bill. But I think we ought to give it a try.

We have a historical pattern for legislation like this. I see it as a possible equivalent to a "State of the Union" Address seeking transperancy from the Excutive department. ZuWo and I are both quite concerned regarding the activity level amongst the regions and Atlasia as a whole. It's one of the reasons why I chose to step into Atlasian politics.

Debate having ended, this is brought to a final vote.  Members will vote AYE, NAY, or ABSTAIN.  This will be a 48-hour vote.

Voting is now closed.  The AYEs are 2, and the NAYs are 1.  The AYEs have it, and the bill is passed.  The bill is now passed onto the Governor for his signature or veto.
