Washing hands frequently stops the spread of germs and leaves skin refreshed. What type of hand soap do you like to use most?

Whatever kind happens to be readily available. I'm not exactly a snob when it comes to soap.

Pretty much my philosophy.  There are many other hills to die on than what kind of soap do I use.

I like foamy soap that smells like lavender.

I like using the liquid/gel soaps over the bar types as I find it more convenient (faster, no slipping, etc).

As far as scent goes, I don't really mind which one but I do try to avoid scents based off of things you can eat (fruits, etc). Soap actually doesn't taste very good.

Orange scrub. Anyone who has ever worked around oils or worked on a car knows about the orange scrub. Cleans the dead skin off pretty well.

Whatever kind they stock in my dorm/office.

I use a lot of hand sanitizer though and I'm somewhat of an anti-germ freak.

I hate most liquid or gel soaps (except for one odd one I encountered at a friends house - it was blue, had an odd texture, and contained 'Zinc').

I use Safeguard most of the time for everything - I use the big bar in the shower till it shrinks a bit, then move it to the sink and put a new one in the shower.

Didn't use a soap in years. Only random Duschgels.

I like the "gritty" part.

You must be filthy!

Sounds quite interesting! I've never seen it but I do occasionally get a bit of oil on my hands.  I don't work on anything, but I do have old motorbikes so it does happen.

It's a secret for people who have calluses on their hands.  I prefer Goop, but there is a whole bunch of flavors and they are all pretty much the same.

Moisturized because I'm not good about using lotion and I live in a dry climate.

Do you approve or disapprove of using dish soap to wash hands?

I consider it treason.

I'll do it in a pinch, but yeah, it's not designed for hands and doesn't work all that well.  Too concentrated or something.

Yeah, I'll pretty much only use it if I absolutely need to. It's kinda odd, I think.

Yeah I dislike using dish-washing soap on my hands.  Only in a pinch as some have said.

Moisturizing Softsoap or generic equivalent, usually.  I like to shower with Yardley's Oatmeal bar soap and use it as hand soap when I go on trips.   I avoid antibacterial soap as it is harsh on my hands, and I don't want to breed superbugs.

Why the heck would you have callouses on your hands, dead0man?
