Anyway, I'd vote for Jones, with Livingstone as my second preference. A pretty terrible group of candidates on the whole though.


FYI, the former Shadow Chancellor was not chosen to be Labour's candidate.

I don't know how anyone who calls themselves center left could reasonably prefer Ken, even in the 2nd round. He is as left wing as you can get before you fall off the democratic part of the political spectrum.

Indeed. Wow....as I'm typing this, the results of the Tory leadership election are in....Thatcher - 204, Heseltine - 152....not enough for Thatcher to win outright!
