I recommend Spain, obviously.

Madrid, Ávila, Segovia (both of them near Madrid), Sevilla, Granada and Barcelona at least!

If you have time and money, I think the trip Tender proposed is quite good, and complete. My father works as a bus driver for American tourists all over Western Europe. I'll give you the link of the company he works for Wink
