I prefer to keep my sweets and my sandwiches separate, thank you very much.
If you really like that kind of stuff though, every German supermarket chain has a no-brand variety at 40% of the prize and utterly indistuingishable taste. While the actual upmarket alternative - Nudossi, which was actually the GDR version originally - is not available everywhere but doesn't cost far more and tastes noticeably better. More hazelnuts. I like hazelnuts.
