The things this amendment would change are:

- the Governor gets 60 instead of 30 days to bring the wiki up to date
- in case the Governor fails to keep the wiki updated, the Speaker automatically becomes acting Governor rather than any Assemblymember that is elected by the Assembly

The first change gives the Governor more leeway. While it is important that the wiki is regularly updated, I think it's a bit harsh to remove the Governor from office already after 30 days.

The second measure gives the Speaker more responsibility and helps to speed up the procedure of replacing the Governor if necessary.

Voting is now open on the Amendment.  Members will vote AYE, NAY, or ABSTAIN.  This will be a 48-hour vote.

Voting is now closed.  The AYEs are 2, and the NAYs are 0, with one ABSTAIN.  The AYEs have it, and the amendment is passed.  The amendment is now passed onto the people for a public vote.
