It's definitely not a secret that I'm a very open support of Ron Paul for President, but I do have a bit of a reputation for being an "aware" Paultard, meaning I understand the fact that Ron Paul has absolutely no chance of becoming President. Ever. 0%.

Which is why I've decided that, because I am unlikely to be working for the Ron Paul campaign on election day (because I have not gotten any phone calls back yet,) that I am just going to suck it up, sell out and endorse Mitt Romney.

I understand he doesn't align with my beliefs very much, and that Gary Johnson would be much more suitable for my beliefs, but I'd much prefer to endorse the candidate that I believe actually has a chance of winning.

I'm not excited or enthusiastic about it, but I will probably end up campaigning for Mitt.

Commence sh*tstorming/anger/death threats.

Holy sh*t I go out for one night and come back and people actually care about the opinion of a 15 year old boy?! Shocked

Anyway:

I'm sorta curious, what caused you to pick the Romney side of the Obamney ticket over the other one?

I lean more towards the right than the left.

Me too.

What is your opinion of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

Negative.

Look at his avatar, duh. Wink

It used to be C-PA for a time, then it was like L-NH; it only changed to R-PA when he made the announcement that he was backing Romney.

I have this horrible inability to keep one avatar for more than a week, so this time next week it'll probably be like O-MT or something Tongue

Sadly, you are right. I am just going to tell people to vote for Mitt or Johnson. In the meantime, I am putting all my energy into the Adam Hasner campaign.

Yeah, I'll probably campaign more for whoever the Republican candidate is for Senate here in PA.

Also, I think this one wins the thread cuz it made me laugh:

DAMN YOU MITTBOT

DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL

I lean more towards the right than the left.

Same thing on wars, torture, the TSA, the IRS, the IMF, NAFTA, corporationism, bailouts, the PATRIOT Act, foreign aid to dictators, the Federal Reserve, occupation of other nations, the drug war, assassination/unlawful imprisonment of American citizens, petrodollar warfare, universal health care (see Obamacare, Romneycare). I really don't see the difference, it's the same circus with different clowns.

Yeah, so in essence, it doesn't really matter who wins (or who I endorse.)
