Rarely but maybe once every few months or so. They're usually not too bad either.

I get bad reactions to cold on a couple of molars from time to time, but much less now that I got my teeth fixed over the winter.  I didn't take very good care of my teeth for a good chunk of my adult life and had started to pay for it.  I still don't take great care of them, but better than before.

Rarely... sometimes a couple molars get sensitive to cold or contact with anything hard. Grinding my teeth while asleep for many years put a bit of wear and tear on them, so it is to be expected.

Toothaches are healthier than fascism.

I figured it counts if the pain or discomfort persists after eating.
