This might be one of the most poorly done banner ads I've seen by a campaign.
Clearly an image of people lined up that they could add the textbox "employment office" to was hard to find in anything bigger than 10 px by 10 px. And blending the gray background was impossible.
Also, forget about properly aligning any text, or using block fonts (note how the T in ISN'T hangs out over the edge).
Also, forget people who have an adblocker on their browser from being able to see what the heck you are referring to.
