Same reason the Romney VP threads exist, I'd imagine. Curiosity, and all that.

Not really, since Romney's, er, actually going to be the nominee and get a chance to pick a VP candidate.

Ah, but if a majority of delegates are Paul supporters but enough are bound to Romney to give him the nomination, they can pick the VP as a Napolitano-type person.

That's technically true in the sense that the laws of physics allow it, but I think we both know it's not going to happen.

Well then let's say this is assuming Paul has enough ninja-abstaining delegates to block Romney then wins the floor fight.
