Moderate environmentalist and reformist, staunch Independent (with strong dislike of both present day major parties as they function now).

Conservative, classic liberal, and Republican. At least that's how I would describe myself.

Socialist, Marxist, Communist. Happily out of the bourgeois political mainstream.

I thought this forum was majority conservative. Strange.

Maybe by your definition, but looking at it from a centrist perspective, it's majority liberal with an oversized libertarian contingent.

I meant conservative as in what'd be normally considered conservatve in the western world. That's what I was saying. Seems to be more center-left than I thought.

I think I am a moderate or liberal libertarian.  I took the political compass quiz in 2008 and I was nearest to Hillary Clinton idealogy wise on social issues and close to John McCain and Mike Huckabee on economic idealogy. OnThe Issues.org had me as a liberal libertarian. I guess I have to put myself in a political party I would say progressive or liberal republican maybe.

I also selected Moderate and feminist in addition to the liberal libertarian on the poll.

Neoliberal
Neoconservative
Nationalist

I must have a thing for "n's"

One would think that neoliberalism and neoconservatism would be mutually exclusive, I guess not...

Does this make me a carbon-copy of Bush 43 and T-Blair?

I think 'Skepticism' best sums up those of us on the moderate, non-dogmatic left.

Not really; in fact, I think they are both into the EU/North American Union stuff. If you are a Nationalist, you would not buy into that.

"RosettaStoned," the dude from a couple pages back with the indie-green California avatar. Fascism is a disagreeable ideology in my opinion, though I do suppose it has a small handful of redeeming qualities. It surprises me there were only two votes for it, really.
