My views certainly align somewhat more with people of option B, but I get along just fine with the former, too.

Option B (I'm neither)

My perspective is that opposites on economic concerns are noble adversaries espousing differing values and goals in their agendas, whereas I am very tempted to as a default consider folks who lean authoritarian a latent threat to the future interests of open, safe, self-deterministic societies.

Option B (Dem), though to a lesser degree on this site than in the real world. Part of it is that in the real world, without explicitly talking about politics, social views are more likely to come up than economic views.
