"LOUISVILLE" The largest city in KY, with a population close to 1 million the city is very democratic. The Governor is a democrat also. Got most of this info from wiki

Obama should get atleast 70%


West Virginia has a Democratic governor, two Democratic US senators, both Upper and Lower House have a Democratic majority, and nevertheless Obama de facto lost against a nonfamous inmate.

He should be happy, if he wins the Kentucky primary tonight.
