The British Queen doesn't have just "some" power in theory. In theory, she have all the executive power, but we all know the reality.

Nym is basically Atlas's Prime Minister, nominally Dave's loyal servant, but in fact, our supreme ruler.

No, Inks is the bumbling government spokesman who always sticks his foot in his mouth when he tries to explain the government's actions.  (No offense Inks.)

Alcon is the elder statesman who never comes to Cabinet meetings anymore.  (But Cabinet meetings are awfully dysfunctional, so I don't blame him.)

Lunar is the guy who left government to become a corporate lobbyist or something.
