I don't think saorsa was actually banned. It's unlikely JSojourner would ever be too since the "statute of limitations" has certainly expired on that, Kalwejt was never banned for the same offense.

You're right.  I looked back on the thread about him on the mod board, and I initially misread what Nym was saying.  He never actually banned him.

Also, contrary to popular myth, I don't believe RickRoll was ever banned.  There's a thread about him on the mod board, where people are like "Do we need to do something about this guy?", but Nym never weighed in.

There is no real discussion (if you mean on the jmfcst, then it's "We have lost a true Atlas legend") on the R-TX thing; it's just a grassroots individual show of solidarity with the plight of the jmfcst.
