Vote on the Motion to Table the Competitiveness and Equity in Taxation Act:

Aye (6): Ben, ILV, NC Yankee, sbane, Scott, and Seatown
Nay (1): Wormyguy
Abstain (0):

Didn't Vote (3): AndrewPA, Clarence and TJ in Cleve (2 hrs and 17 minutes too late).

With six ayes and one nay and thus 2/3rds of those Senators voting having voted in the affirmative, the bill is tabled.
