Okay, some minimum research: Orli is a Hebrew women's name. No idea why she spells it with a y, but it hardly matters.

If I lived in in California I would be tempted to vote for Orly in the top two primary just to embarrass the the Republican Party (I assume Di-Fi is a lock for the general). I want every Republican candidate running for office in California to be asked if they agree with the views of their US Senate candidate.
