Voted American Dad, Beavis and Butthead, Family Guy and Ugly Americans, but many of these are really great shows.

Nope, wiki says a 20 episode 4th season is in the works.

I went with Archer, Boondocks, Metalacolypse and Venture Bros.

Why does Boondocks only come out with one season every 2-3 years?

Crap. I used one vote and forgot to look down the entire list. I voted Archer where I should've voted South Park, and I should've voted both and two others.

Tough to choose only 4!

I picked:

American Dad! - the best of the Seth McFarlane shows.
The Simpsons - not as good as it used to be, but historically the most important of this genre
Ugly Americans - Great up and coming show, I would recommend watching it if you haven't seen it yet.
The Boondocks - Another great show, that I wish was on more, but glad to hear they're making more episodes.

Archer is far and away the best show of any on this list. Futurama is not as good as it was pre-cancellation but still occasionally has moments of brilliance. Aqua Teen Hunger Force will always be one of my favorite shows. And then the Boondocks is really great. Honorable mentions also go to American Dad, Venture Bros and South Park.

Archer, The Boondocks, Futurama, and... South Park? Yeah, I would say those four are the best.

Of these four, Boondocks is my favorite. I've seen every episode about a dozen times, but I can't stop laughing even though I've seen the same sketch over and over. Archer's also pretty great. "Karate? The Dane Cook of Martial Arts?" Futurama's a classic, and far superior to the Simpsons in this day and age. South Park... well... It's also an institution, but one that manages to stay relevant and constantly churn out funny material.

I've never seen a few of these. Ugly Americans is something I've been meaning to watch, but haven't gotten to.

Anything with Family Guy/Cleveland Show is just... ugh. God. The Cleveland Show was never funny, and Family Guy was only good before the cancellation (And don't get me wrong, I love pre-cancellation Family Guy. A truly hilarious show). American Dad is alright. It's not a laugh-out-loud funny show, but it's amusing at points, and clearly the best of the McFarlane trinity.

Futurama is good. The Simpsons is still OK. Family Guy can be funny. American Dad is somewhat similar to Family Guy. But the Cleveland show is lame.

The question should clarify if we mean based on current content or overall. Because I could add The Simpsons if overall, but certainly not today.
