Well, there should at least be one question, so here's what I'd like to know. Wink

Why do you think you are qualified for the job of Superior Judge?

Sorry, didn't see this until now. I think my qualifications largely speak for themselves. As a former assemblyman, senator, secretary of forum affairs and AG, I know this game extremely well and have experience with Atlasian law, having also been active as a private lawyer in many cases before the Supreme Court.

And I think (and hope) that I have a good sense of objectivity and that I'm able to apply the law as written without any party loyalties being factored in. (Not that I have a party at present (or even know what parties exist these days)).

What are your plans concerning the long ago Court case concerning abortion that never actually had a decision by the SC?

My plans? To review it and rule on it. I don't think it would be appropriate to discuss the details of a particular case in the context of this procedure.

I was not asking that, sorry for miscommunication. I was asking for what your response has entailed. Thank you

Sorry I interpreted it that way, meant no offense.

Sorry I had to go to Baltimore for my training for my new job and was without internet.  With 2 votes for and one member not voting, Franzl is declared duly confirmed.

Well. That is a rather acceptable excuse Smiley
