The black population of DC is dropping precipitously.  it's down to 47% I think. People are flooding into DC, especially gays.  I can conceive Obama doing better.  This one's going to be interesting.  I think the swing will be pretty low though

Actually, with the resignation of the chair of the Council of the District of Columbia last night, there now is a white Council chair, so that's not a bad prediction, really.
