http://www.mikeassad.com/

He's even endorsed by the New Jersey Conservative Party. LoBiondo is going down!

Somehow voting for a guy named Assad seems just wrong, regardless of party affiliation.

Don't make fun of it. A forumite has actually made it somewhere in the real world with regard to politics. Congrats, dude.

Will you really be there? The thought of an Assad victory is fun to entertain.

Is there something I'm not getting? In related news, I'm considering whether to vote for Bader Qarmout because he's Muslim.

Where the heck is that pic of Assad sitting in LoBiondo's chair when he visited his office that one time?

Good luck, Assad!  If at first you don't succeed, I'll slam your head in a car door try, try, try again!

The best part of that is how Assad claims he told LoBiondo to keep the seat warm for him or something along those lines because he'd be down there soon.

The Philadelphia Inquirer just endorsed LoBiondo. Obviously no surprise but they did help Assad: "Assad's tea party leanings are exactly why voters should prefer Frank LoBiondo."

They could have simply laid out the reasons why they thought LoBiondo deserved to be re-elected. Not being chosen by the Inquirer is enough of a plus for someone running to the right. Taking it a step further by attacking Assad for being conservative is a bonus. Too bad this didn't happen sooner...

I vaguely remember Assad, though he was probably most active before I started posting here.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. You mean to tell me an Atlas forumite stands a chance of booting a sitting Congressman?

He isn't going to win a plurality of the vote.

That's not that crazy.

What's insane is that a insane troll stands a chance of booting a sitting Congressman.

Just imagine Congressman Mike Assad (R-NJ) taking House floor to announce Keystone Phil's death. Or that he's been taken to ER.
