Introduced on behalf of the Governor

Repeal of Outdated and Unenforceable Acts
The following Acts shall be repealed:

- Mideast Activity Requirements Statute
- Libel and Slander Penalization Act

This bill shall now be upon for discussion.

I am actually in agreement on both, the first I think is pretty much redundant with federal law and the second is just so hard to determine what is or isn't slander it is hard to really enforce it.
