I plan to increase my cross-country style runs from once a week (roughly) to once a day. Preferably, in the morning. It really does wonders for my mood, besides the health benefits of the exercise.

Five days a week.  I ride bike, lift weights, do some abdominal exercises and occasionally swim.

I jog almost every day, five miles (is that a lot?), and I swim now and then (2-3 X a week) in the summer. I'd like to throw in some weights.

During the winter only two-three times a week, depending on my schedule.  Unfortunately, very little of that is cardio, rather, my time is generally spent with weight machines. During the summer I swim quite often, and try to run a couple mornings a week.  I'm in fair shape, but I should really get on an elliptical during the cold months.

3 times a week - religiously. Two with a trainer doing weights and TRX and whatnot, and one with a pilates instructor (for the inner muscles). I do an hour of warmup and treadmill before the hour with the instructors.

Frequently, but irregularly... as in 2 times this week, maybe 5 times next week, etc.

I run 4-6 miles three days a week for cross country.  I should be doing more, but I'm still coming off an injury.  To try and keep my endurance up, I plan on swimming, but the weather has been bad lately.  For a while, I had a good calisthenics and weight-lifting routine but I have fallen off of that.

Walking around Europe has been the most exercise I've gotten in at least 10 years!

Depends on the weather, which hasn't been very good for the past few weeks.  I've been doing mostly biking recently (just recently found that there's a bike trail less than ten minutes away from my house) and plan on jogging again soon.

This summer I will likely be swimming fairly often.

I go through stretches when I don't work out much, but when I do (which I am currently doing)  I will work out six days a week

Mostly do weight lifting and I break it down to twice a week for each muscle group and will mix in ab workouts and some jogging about twice a week as well.

Around three times a week for about an hour-and-a-half each day.

As in formally exercise? Rarely. I lead a very active lifestyle, though. Walking around 30 hours/week is normal for me.

Nowhere close to what I should be.  I need to start running this summer and lose a decent amount of weight.

When I'm working and need a smoke break I have to walk up a lot of stairs and down fairly long hallways to get outside....does that count?  I play catch with the boy from time to time.  Nail the wife when I can.  That's about it.

A few times a week.

I walk in the woods sometimes for hours, on the weekends I usually go mountainbiking.

Usually twice a week, primarily on weekends. Workouts are usually about 45 minutes. I'd do it more often, but I don't usually feel like dragging myself to the gym after work.

About 3 times a week, plus a lot of walking... work permitting.

But I have certain times where I don't exercise, and they are sacred times to me, so if I don't find time during the rest of the week, I go without.

As in, putting myself through strenuous physical activity without some kind of financial or recreational reward?  Never.

I am proud because I'm free from the totalitarian dominance exerted by the "fitness" dogma and by the absurd cannons of modern society. Because I'm not brainwashed into doing something painful and time-consuming simply because the society tells me it is a good thing to do. Because I'm fine with my current body and I don't feel the need for an overly muscular one, especially if the price to pay for it is daily torture.

Being free from totalitarian dominance will not help you get girls.
