Falklands/Malvinas sovereignty referendum

I was looking at the last referendum the Falklands had:

Assuming similar turnout, I'm sure there are 30 or so voters who will be willing to buck the trend for some reason or another.

I think its safe to assume that more people will vote in a referendum on the future status of the islands than will on a change to the election system.
