The numbers seem a tad Republican to me, to say the least. Obama's pretty much out of the low 40s by now, and I doubt that the Republicans' approval rating is above 20%.

This is an Oct 2011 story. I would expect it to be somewhat generic and dated compared to an analysis produced more recently.

Charlie Cook owns and operates his own website, the Cook Report. His analysis is good, but most of it isn't free.
