Since the Junior Associate Justice (bgwah) is listed as concurring, are we to assume that the Senior Associate Justice, opebo dissented, or...?

The Senior Associate Justice was not consulted, which probably gives you an idea of my mind on the matter.

I guess. Either way I'm very happy he seems to have been honest about this, insofar as not recusing himself was honest. I'm actually a little confused by his thinking on this.
