I love the IDS but I can't support a proposal which would transfer Kentucky (my home state), West Virginia and Virginia to another region. Strongly oppose.

Though the Northeast would benefit from this amendment, I echo the Governor's sentiments. I don't want this to f[Inks] the whole nation up.

Mideast - Unsure. Part of me strongly opposes this for the reasons stated in the Senate debate, but part of me also thinks that some change might be good. If I were still a Senator, I'd most likely vote against it, though.
