Looks like the race in North Carolina is still essentially tied. Last month Romney had a big 51-43 lead there. Maybe the tightening has something to do with NC being one of the most saturated markets for political ads last week in the country

Close. Really close. If North Carolina is a nail-biter then the election is probably resolved before the NC results establish a clear winner.
