Also, it apparently becomes incredibly very super serious business because the act references "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" rather than "The Constitution for the united states of America" like it's worded in the original document. As we all know, changing the capitalization of a single phrase and saying "of" instead of "for" has serious legal ramifications that can totally lead to the spontaneous creation of an entirely new form of government.
