Former since 1990, then Gary Johnson. Discussing just current Governors is much harder -- maybe Brian Sandoval.

Sorry. Maybe...Sandoval? I'm trying to think of a libertarian-ish Governor in office today (that's the opposite of Chafee) but it's difficult. Maybe Jerry Brown, like 20RP12 suggested?

That said, I did not like JM's suggestion of Kasich, especially considering Strickland was one of the few Democrats I supported in 2010. (Since I cannot vote, I usually (in '08 and '10) just encourage certain members of my family who don't really care to vote a certain way, which they invariably do. In 2010, I "voted" Strickland/Portman.
