OK, I thought it might be appropriate to get a feel for the popular mood on this...I would be obliged if only Democrats voted yes or no and if peple post their opinions here.

I vote yes.

Hmmmm...perhaps that isn't really appropriate, considering that's it on you.

What does one thing have to do with the other?

I thought they were contradictory...can he be a member then while at the same time having his membership revoced?

No.

But, there is a difference in what I believe I should do, and what I have to do.

So why did you 'have to' kick him out then?

I support Senatorial Candidate JFK, whether he's running as an independent or a democrat.
Hint: He might extend the same support to me. Smiley

LOL

i was planning on voting for you anyway Lewis. I don't make deals though so my vote can't be bought, it must be earned but you are the only candidate in our region who I would vote for anyway. Come to think of it, aren't the two of us the only candidates in the area anyway?

I'm not sure if the Republicans have put up anybody yet. After all the regions map is not yet final. But i did declare my candidacy for the district seat because you were already running for the region, but no Democrat was running for the district.

Sure he can. He'd have to resign as AFRNC chairman if he wins.

He could run, win, and immediately resign as Senator. Smiley
But yeah, from his posts it seems he;s not running. In fact, only 15 persons have expressed interest in running for then seats (counting him), so we'll have a number of uncontested elections there...Of course there's still time. When's that filing deadline? Sixth April or something?
