Doesn't it defeat the purpose of a fast for it to be easy?

Anyway, have a nice Ramadan Xaharr.

Is Ramadan getting earlier and earlier each year?  I don't know how the Islamic calendar works so if some of our Muslim members could inform me as to how your calendar works.  I always remembered Ramadan being near Thanksgiving and Christmas, but now it started in the middle of July.  I'm confused.

Its based off the lunar cycles, so it varies by year.

It makes no sense whatsoever to use such a crappy calendar, actually, but heh. Smiley

In the next chapter of the BushOk Tales, our friend from Oklahoma finds out his great, great grandfather was a Muslim. As a result, BushOK begins to make his hajj to Mecca.
