It's an LDS ad campaign. Basically someone describes all their interests and hobbies and what they do, usually goes on some fuzzy talk about how much God loves us all and then at the end says "My name is ______ and I'm a Mormon." Shorter versions are often played before YouTube videos and as TV commercials. I've seen print ads at bus stops too.

In fact Mormons are almost all very good-looking, though in that creepy frat-boy/sorority-girl/pod-person way.
