I would vote Goodell, but his son is the most hated man down here in Louisiana.

Thus, I'll go with Ottinger.

     I think he means the Saints bounty scandal.

It was inexcusable what he did to the Saints.

I looked this up and I wasn't aware that the NFL Commissioner was named Roger Goodell. That explains it.
