72 hours of debate, commenced as of Ben's second to save time. I wish I could get around this somehow. UC is only in affect for legislation though.

The reasons for why I bring up this motion ought to be self-evident.  Senator Wormyguy has taken, I believe, four long breaks in total, including the one he is on now, yet he constantly neglects to post leaves of absences beforehand.  On that, he has contributed very little to Senate discussion during his tenure and missed numerous votes.  Therefore, I hope my colleagues agree that it is most necessary for us to expel him.  While some may argue that expulsion is unnecessary due to the short time between now and the election, I believe that this is long overdue and inactive senators ought to be removed in the most severe way possible.

With my luck, he'll be here the second before the vote commences to try defending his ass, but hey, it's worth a try. Tongue

I am not sure the exact extent of his past absences but I do know that he does Senate activity the way most Senator do breaks and absences. Tongue

Of course he also hasn't posted since July and considering all the missed votes, yea. If he were to show up, the process has already been initiated for one thing. He would have to present one hell of a good case in my opinion and pray four Senators are in a benevolent mood to have a chance in hell, really.

Senators a vote is now open on whether or not to expell Senator Wormyguy form our midst, please vote Aye, Nay or Abstain. This vote requires a 2/3rds majority to pass and will last a maximum of five days.
