I've had my opinions changed by someone via argument multiple times over the years, yes. I would be crazy if I weren't open minded, but my views are also not so weakly founded that they changed willy nilly. Overall I haven't changed much since I became politically aware, but on individual issues I have changed my mind, particularly as I've been more informed.
