Yes, I've changed peoples' opinions fairly often. I don't change my opinions that often, but that's because I either have an opinion and then usually have thought it through so well that I won't be convinced by counter-arguments (I've already considered them, most of the time) or I don't have a strong opinion and then I can't change it.
